The Panel Doors are made of high-quality HDF, which ensured minimal moisture retention and bloating, as compared to MDF door panels. These doors have near to zero defects and do not expand or contract as much, even in extreme climate conditions. Even if they experience severe expansion and contraction, panel doors will still retain their shape.

Our company provide a qualitative range of premium designed veneered doors and veneered flush doors. We offer our premium designed veneered skin doors of this range in a variety of designs and shades. These veneer doors are known for features like high durability and resistance to stain and scratches.

Moulded Panel doors are mainly made in specified sizes having a thickness of 30/32/35/40 or any custom thickness. The width of internal stills (Frames) consists 55mm ++ on all 4 side with pressure treated, klin dried hardwood or finger jointed wood to prevent door from bending. The entire stile is filled on all 4 sides. Any type of locks, handles, fittings like viewing panels, hooks etc can be fixed just like on solid wood doors except for the recess areas.

Glue for adhesion is PF bounded and hot pressed, HENKAL DORUS KL 4644, Skins we use Masonite and Europian.

Inner core : Hollow particle board.

Finishing : Wood texture, white premier finish, Suitable for staining or painting.

• Membrane Doors are ready to use doors with a single specie hardwood core that is vacuum pressure treated and kiln dried.
• We follow the SAW-KILN-DRY-RIP process. We do not use any sawmill waste of multiple species for core production. This ensures a greatly enhanced quality.
• The phenolic glue used for bonding manufactured in-house makes the door waterproof.
• The wood of single specie is treated, sawn, kiln dried in automatic digitally controlled kilns and then ripped in imported rip saws to produce inner core.
